Advanced Unit Replacement

Our Advanced Unit Replacement (AUR) plan is a protection program that provides expanded coverage in additional the standard one-year factory warranty — if you’re having problems with your device that we can’t troubleshoot over the phone, we’ll send you a replacement unit right away with express shipping, and then you send us the old one back. AUR gets you back in the game with the least possible downtime and hassle, giving you the confidence that your operation won’t miss a beat.

If you purchased your device within the past 30 days, you can extend your coverage for up to five additional years with an extended warranty plan.
